0,080 kg egg yolk, 4 pieces

0,150 kg Westfalia Extra Supercreme CL
0,150 kg sugar
0,200 kg almonds, planed
0,200 kg almonds, chopped
Method:
Whip the ingredients for the cake mixture in a mixing machine for approx. 3 minutes, then spread the mixture evenly on a greased baking sheet 60 x 40cm.
Whip the Westfalia Supercreme and the sugar, following spread this mixture as spots on the cake by using a piping bag.
Prepare the custard cream, followed by the manufacturer instructions, and spread 750g also as spots on the cake.
Finally, cover the cake with the mixed almonds, ready to bake.
Baking temperature: approx. 180°C, circulating air
Baking time: approx. 25 minutes
