Produce a smooth short dough.
ingredients (for one round cake tin 35 cm Ø):
450 g short dough
cheese filling:
900 g cream cheese
150 g brown sugar
200 g whole egg
200 g cream
250 g sour cream
30 g Lemon juice
90 g Westfalia Kochkrempulver
500 g apricots
method:
Roll the short dough in a greased cake tin, then spread the apricots.
Mix the ingredients for the filling and stir to a smooth mixture. Following fill into the baking tin, ready to bake.
Baking temperature: 190 °C
Baking time: approx. 70 minutes
