ingredients (one Baking sheet 60 x40 cm):
mixture:
1500 g Westfalia Rühr Frisch
600 g Westfalia Goldquell Öl
675 g water
60g cocoa
250g choclate drops
1000g cherry, pitted
approx. 10 bis 15g red pepper powder

200g hazelnut, chopped
Method
Stir the ingredients for the mixture in a mixing machine for approx. 3 minutes and spread these evenly on a greased baking sheet 60 x 40cm. Mix the red pepper powder with the cherries and scatter them over the mixture, finally cover the cake with the chopped hazelnuts, ready to bake.
Garnish the cake with fondant and couverture.
Baking temperatur: approx. 180 °C
baking time: approx. 30 minutes
