Ingredients for one baking sheet 60x20cm:
Mixture:
1,500 kg Westfalia Rühr Frisch
0,600 kg Westfalia Goldquell Öl
0,600 kg water
Custard:
0,350 kg Westfalia Kaltkrem Super
1,000 kg water
Fruit:
0,700 kg Pineapple chunks
Topping:
0,200 kg Westfalia Bienenstich Mix
0,300 kg Coconut flakes
Method:
Mix the ingredients for the mixture approx. 2 minutes in a mixing machine.
Spread this mixture evenly on a greased baking sheet 60 x 40cm, following spread on custard-cream-spots by using a piping bag.
Cover the cake with the pineapple chunks and finally sprinkle the topping-mixture on top, ready to bake.
Baking temperature: approx. 180°C
Baking time: approx. 25 minutes
