900 g Westfalia Feinste Back mit Butter
750 g icing sugar
225 g whole egg, room temperature
125 g water
1500 g wheat flour
10 g baking powder
5 g salt
total amount: 3.515 g
Method:
whip the margarine and the icing sugar until creamy, add the tempered egg and the water bit by bit.
Stir the other ingredients into the mixture.
Spread cookies on prepared baking sheets by using a piping bag.
Baking temperature: approx. 190 – 200 °C
Baking time: approx. 14 minutes
