ingredients:

for 1 cake 28cm Ø:
1250 g cream cheese
500 g pumpkin puree
250 g whole egg
650 g water
500 g Westfalia Käsekuchen Fix
5 g pumpkin pie spice

topping:
200 g cream cheese
40 g Westfalia Back Melange
200 g icing sugar
lemon juice

Method:

Stir the ingredients to a smooth mixture. Prepare one cake ring with short dough and fill the with the mixture, spread evenly than bake.

For the frosting mix the cream cheese with the Back Melange, add slowly the icing sugar and the lemon juice. Spread the frosting on the cooled cake.

baking temperature:          190°C circulating air oven

baking time                      approx. 75 minutes
