Ingredients for one baking sheet 60x20cm:
Brownie-mixture:
1,000 kg Westfalia Brownie Mix
0,250 kg Westfalia Goldquell Öl
0,350 kg water
0,250 kg chocolate-drops
Peanut-crunch:
0,250 peanut, salted, chopped
0,100 kg Westfalia Bienenstich Mix
pint of salt (optional)
Method:
Stir the ingredients for the brownie-mixture in a mixing machine, spread the mixture evenly on a greased baking-sheet 60 x 20cm.
Mix the chopped peanut with the Westfalia Bienenstich Mix and spread this mixture on the brownie dough, ready to bake.
Baking temperature: approx. 180°C
Baking time: approx. 25 minutes
