2000 g wheat flour, type 550
800 g water, cold
100 g Westfalia Backstabil Pro
50 g whole egg
40 g salt
500 g spinach, frozen

2000 g Westfalia Plunder Croissant Platte

900 g cream cheese
200 g feta cheese
100 g olives, green and/or black
salt, pepper, garlic, parsley


Roll the puff pastry to a thickness of 3,5 cm and cut into pieces of 8×8 cm, lay them on prepared baking trays. Pipe the filling with a piping bag on the puff pastry- squares. Then put grated cheese (Gouda) on top.

Bake the pastries after a little resting time.
