Stir the ingredients in a mixing machine for approx. 3 minutes to a smooth mixture.
After a short resting time of 10 minutes place the mixture by using an ice cream scoop (Ø 7cm) into the Westfalia deep frying fat (175°C) and bake them approx. 13 minutes.
Cover the snowballs with cinnamon-sugar and dust them with Westfalia Super Schnee.
